We can swim in the sparkling warm ocean every day of the year. We have our eye on half an acre of especially beautiful and pure land that is well situated - a 10 minute walk to our favorite swimming beach ( voted best beach in the world 2009 by Dr. Beach) with a panormamic vista of ocean and mountains in every direction, and no sunrise delay. It is a good time to purchase land and build. The land is reasonably priced. This opportunity will not last long. Each partner would need to invest $450,000 to $500,000 that would include the finished home and land.. This is a long term investment.
